Powers of the Board
The Board is composed of 11 directors. The initial members included AppointedDirectors who were appointed by each donator, and Expert Directors who were recommendedand elected by all appointed directors. Each director owns equal voting powers. The Board provides resolutions offollowing issues:
1. Fund raising and managing.
2. Business developing.
3. Service sectors setting up and managing.
4. Annual budget approval and accounts validation.
5. Directors election and engagement;
6. Other important matters.
